When you request a quote, schedule a job, or contact us, we collect your name, email address, and phone number so we can communicate with you about your project. If you ship a firearm or serialized part to us, we also require a copy of the government-issued ID matching the shipping address, as required by federal firearms regulations.
Your information is used to schedule and communicate about your job, send status updates (including by text, if you opt in), and process any required firearms documentation. We don't sell or rent your information to third parties.
We don't collect payment up front for labor. If your job needs a Cerakote color we don't already stock, we do collect payment for that product in advance, sent as an invoice through QuickBooks — we don't store any payment card information on this site itself. All other payment is handled directly with you at pickup.
As an FFL07/SOT, we're required by law to log and retain certain records related to firearms and NFA items received into the shop. Those records are kept as required by ATF regulations and are not used for marketing purposes.
