Shipping firearms? Handguns must ship 2nd-day air via a contract carrier — not USPS.

What Happens Next

We review your requested date and time and confirm by call, text, or email — we're by appointment only, so nothing's locked in until we get back to you. Turnaround runs 2–4 weeks across the board once your piece is in.

No Labor Charge Up Front

You don't pay for labor until you pick up the finished piece and you're 100% satisfied. The only exception: if your job needs a Cerakote color we don't have in stock, we require payment for that product up front before we order it.

Declare it as an unloaded firearm being shipped for repairs — perfectly legal, no trouble at the counter.
Double- and triple-check it's unloaded, and don't ship any ammo with it.
Use carrier pickup or drop it at a service center directly — cheaper and more reliable than a local pack-and-ship counter.
Insure it for full value and note the amount on your work order.
Include an itemized packing list — we can't be responsible for anything undocumented.
Serialized parts ship back to the address on your government-issued ID; include a copy when shipping.
